5th Chakra or Throat Chakra
The fifth chakra sits at the base of your neck. This is your communication center. Its purpose goes beyond simply communicating to enabling you to speak your truth.

Look at the image at the top of this page. Breathe in the color Blue and imagine it filling your throat chakra. Feel it as it flows through releasing all energy that stops you from communicating clearly and being able to say who you are, what your purpose is and what you want.
