6th Chakra or 3rd Eye
The sixth chakra sits in the center of your head, behind your eyes and between your ears. This chakra is your command center. It is the center of imagination, thought and intuition.

Look at the image at the top of this page. Breathe in the color Indigo and imagine it filling the center of your head, your sixth chakra. As you have your awareness there notice the feeling of complete neutrality as this beautiful indigo releases all energy that interferes with you visualizing your intentions to begin the manifesting process to bring them into the physical plane.
